A. Terms & Conditions
- Review Requirement
- Applicants must thoroughly review all Terms & Conditions before completing the registration form. Failure to comply may result in rejection or disqualification.
- Registration Process
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received the verification email
- Upon submission of the registration form, applicants will be automatically redirected to the Registration Dashboard, where the initial status will display as “Review Pending.”
- Merely Registering Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
- Registration alone does not guarantee acceptance of candidature. Acceptance is subject to review and approval by the Scientific Committee.
- Application Screening
- All applications under the Attendee, Poster Presentation, or Oral Presentation categories will be screened by the Scientific Committee. Selection is based solely on the information provided in the application.
- Attendee Category
- Applicants opting for the Attendee category must submit a Statement of Interest (maximum 100 words).
- Abstract submission is not required for this category.
- The Statement of Interest will be the primary basis for evaluation and selection.
- Poster and Oral Presentation Categories
- Applicants choosing Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation categories are required to submit an abstract.
- After selecting the presentation category and clicking Submit on the registration form, applicants will be automatically redirected to the Abstract Submission Portal.
- Presentation Assignment
- The Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format (Oral or Poster) based on the quality and scientific merit of the submitted abstract.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the presentation mode as deemed appropriate.
- Requests from participants to change the assigned presentation type will not be entertained.
- Application Status Updates
- During the review process, the application status remains “Pending for Review.”
- Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection via their registered email address.
- Upon acceptance, the status on the Registration Dashboard will update to “Complete Payment of registration fees.”.
- Participation Confirmation & Payment
- Participation in IMC 2026 is confirmed only after:
- Acceptance of candidature by the Scientific Committee.
- Successful payment of the registration fee.
- Verification of payment and registration details by the conference team.
- Updates regarding acceptance, payment status, and verification will be displayed on the applicant’s dashboard/portal.
- Participants must pay the registration fee within 6 days of receipt of email; failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Once the registration fee is paid, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Participation in IMC 2026 is confirmed only after:
- Accuracy of Information
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information as per official records.
- National/international delegates for visa or other related correspondence may contact via the official conference email: nimrconf.2026@gmail.com.
- Use of Participant Details and Media
- Details, information, and photographs uploaded during registration or abstract submission may be used for publication, promotional, or other conference-related activities.
- Responsibility for Abstract Content
- IMC 2026 is not responsible for the content of submitted abstracts.
- The sole responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and completeness of abstract content lies with the applicant(s) or authors.
- Payment Instructions & Dashboard Updates
- Detailed instructions for completing the registration payment will be provided via official email to accepted applicants.
- All payment instructions, payment status, and updates regarding verification will also be displayed on the applicant’s dashboard/portal once their candidature is accepted.
- Intellectual Property and Copyright
- By submitting an abstract, the author(s) confirm that the work is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- IMC 2026 reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, or display the abstracts in conference proceedings, promotional material, or online platforms.
- Ethical Compliance
- Abstracts and presentations must comply with ethical standards, including proper citation, plagiarism-free content, and, if applicable, ethical approval for studies involving humans or animals.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the conference, both in-person.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and the Organizing Committee reserves the right to revoke participation in such cases.
- Technical Issues
- The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for technical issues experienced by participants during registration, abstract submission, or virtual sessions.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and proper submission of their materials.
- Travel and Accommodation
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visas, and accommodation.
- The conference will provide official letters of invitation for visa purposes when requested.
- Limitation of Liability
- IMC 2026 and its organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the conference, including travel, accommodation, or abstract content.
- Language
- All abstracts, presentations, and communications must be in English, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Right to Refuse Participation
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse participation or revoke registration at any time for non-compliance with conference policies.
B. Abstract Submission Instructions
- Submission Process
- Abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website only.
- Submissions via email, post, or other channels will not be accepted.
- Accessing the Abstract Submission Portal
- After selecting the presentation category (Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation) and clicking Submit on the registration form, applicants will be automatically redirected to the Abstract Submission Portal.
- All abstract text must be entered in the mandatory fields provided in the portal, and a .docx file formatted with the official template must also be uploaded.
- In case of discrepancies between the uploaded document and the text entered in the online fields, the online submission text is considered final and authoritative.
- Author Information
- All authors must be listed in order of contribution.
- Presenting author must be underlined.
- Corresponding author(s) should be marked with a superscript asterisk (*) if applicable.
- Affiliations must include department, institution, city, and country, with multiple affiliations separated by commas.
- Number of Submissions
- Each participant may submit only one abstract.
- No revisions or modifications will be allowed after final submission.
C. Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Title
- Maximum 20 words, concise and clearly reflecting the study.
- Written in Title Case, Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold, centered.
- Authors
- Full names listed in order of contribution.
- Presenting author’s name underlined; corresponding author(s) marked with (*).
- Affiliations with superscript numbers; include department, institution, city, country.
- Email address of the corresponding author must be provided.
- Abstract Body (Maximum 300 Words)
- Must be structured under the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- Include essential data, relevant statistics, and acknowledgment/funding details (“None” if not applicable).
- Avoid undefined abbreviations.
- Figures, tables, and graphical elements are not permitted.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 11 pt, justified, single spacing, 1-inch margins.
- References
- Maximum of 3 references, formatted in APA style.
- Placed below the Keywords section, Times New Roman, 12 pt, centered.
- Peer Review
- All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process evaluating scientific merit, originality, clarity, and relevance.
- Presentation Format
- The Organizing Committee will determine the final presentation mode (Oral or Poster).
- Detailed guidelines for accepted participants will be provided via official communication.
- Responsibility
- Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of their submissions.
